Q: What is the size range of a Fruit Punch belt?
A: Each belt has 5 holes, spaced 1 inch apart. The belt length listed on the size chart measures to the middle hole, so you have two inches of room on either side of that. For example, if you order a size C which is 34 inches to the middle hole, you can expand to a 36 or shrink to a 32 by switching holes.
Q: I love how my Fruit Punch belt looks, but how will it change over time? What kind of wear can I expect?
A: The English Bridle leather we use to make our belts retains slight wrinkles or variations from the cow hide, and the natural color will darken over time. You can expect the smooth and waxy finish to stick around as the leather develops a unique patina with age. Any time you want to freshen up your belt and minimize the appearance of scratches or scuffs from wear, try a leather conditioner or wax like Montana Pitch Blend Leather Dressing. As for the buckles, the powder-coated finish is extremely durable. Tom and Joe have been wearing their belts for over 15 years combined with no noticeable wear on the coating!
Q: How long does my Fruit Punch belt take to break in?
A: Our belts are made from English bridle leather that’s constructed to resist stretching. Your belt may feel stiff on your first wear, but it breaks in quickly and will conform to your waist over a few weeks of regular wear.
Q: How long will my Fruit Punch belt last?
A: Our belts are super durable. Tom and Joe have been wearing theirs for over 15 years combined with no noticeable wear on the buckles, and minimal wear on the leather.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: All shipping costs are included on domestic orders. We ship via USPS.
Q: How quickly will my order ship?
A: As all belts are custom-made per your order, please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. We only ship on business days.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

Q: How do I make a gift exchange?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the gift giver. Once we know the order number we’ll have a pre-paid return label be sent to you.
Let us know the buckle type (frame or ring) and color, strap color and width, and Fruit Punch size of the new belt you’d like. Provide the best shipping address and we can send the new belt your way. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sent to you.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Our standard return policy is 10 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return/exchange it for free by emailing email@example.com. For exchanges, let us know the buckle type (frame or ring) and color, strap color and width, and Fruit Punch size of the new belt you’d like.
During the holidays, we offer extended returns between black Friday and January 31st, so you can give Fruit Punch without worrying.
